Pricing and Payment

While tipping is never required or expected, we do pay our cleaners a living wage. If you feel that your cleaner has gone above and beyond, you are welcome to leave a tip as a token of appreciation.

We accept all major credit cards for your convenience, as well as cash. Payments are securely processed through our online system to ensure a smooth and safe transaction.

Your Appointment

Most of our cleaners are available to work on holidays. In the rare event that no one is available to clean your property, we’ll notify you several weeks in advance. Together, we’ll find an alternate cleaning time that fits your schedule.

If you have a preferred cleaner, please let our head office know. While we can’t guarantee availability for every visit, we’ll do our best to schedule your preferred cleaner whenever they’re available. Your satisfaction is our priority.

No, you don't need to be home during your scheduled cleaning. Simply provide us with a copy of your house key, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your home will be cleaned to the highest standard while you go about your day.

Warranty

Yes, we absolutely do! We take great pride in the quality of our work and are confident that you'll be happy with the results. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

If you notice any damage after your cleaning and suspect it may be due to our team, please contact us immediately. We’ll take responsibility and arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Cleaning Supplies

No, you don’t need to provide anything. We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to thoroughly clean your property. Rest assured, our products are safe, effective, and eco-friendly.

Yes, all of our employees are bonded, and we carry $1 million in general liability insurance. This coverage protects against accidental damage, fire, theft, and other unforeseen events, providing you with peace of mind during our cleaning services.

Trust and Safety

Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough screening process before hiring. This includes multiple rounds of interviews, a background check, and a criminal record check to ensure they meet our high standards of trustworthiness and professionalism.

Your house keys are kept safe and secure at all times. When your home is not scheduled for cleaning, your key will be locked up. On cleaning days, our cleaners will sign out the key at the start of the day and sign it back in at the end. If requested, the key can be left onsite in a secure location after the cleaning is complete.
